Synopsis
Mac and Stella investigate a botched bank robbery in Chinatown that leaves two crooks dead after an explosion sets them on fire and burns their homemade masks into their skin. Unfortunately, rain washes away key blood and DNA evidence, and burns destroy most of the thieves' fingerprints.
