Synopsis by Tim Holland
A plastic surgeon is thrown into a massive wood chipper on the property of a woman who is addicted to plastic surgery. The investigation gets personal for Horatio when he learns that Ron Saris is still alive and was a patient of the victim. Horatio is shocked to discover that Saris is working undercover for the department, and he fears Saris will target Julia.
