Three nursing students searching the streets for their missing roommate get more than they bargained for when the happen across a desperate girl on the run from a fearsome vampire cult, and bring her back to their sorority house to tend to her wounds. Jodie (Elizabeth Di Prinzio), Carla (Jaimi Paige), Katie (Sarah MacKay), and Amy (Leesel Boulware) were getting ready for a fun night on the town when Jodie and Carla have a falling out. In the aftermath of the argument, Jodie goes missing and the girls set out to find her and bring her back home. During their search, however, the three girls happen across a badly injured Sammi (Stuart Brazell), who claims to be on the run from a dangerous cult. This in no ordinary cult either, but a dangerous gang of vampires led by the vengeful Rachel (Erika Smith). Rachel and her minions saw the sorority sisters take Sammi into their home, and they're not going to leave until they've gotten who they came for.
