Synopsis
Ben and Anthony force heroin-addicted Roxanne (Tania Raymonde) to quit cold turkey in hopes that she'll divulge info on Cassie's murder. Elsewhere, Seth sets his sights on the televangelist who's standing in the way of his homeless-city project; and Bo is furious when Lily (Ellen Woglom) tells a girlfriend a little too much about their "special" lovemaking. Rock star Rick Derringer has a cameo as a crackhead guitarist.
