A power vacuum in the Boston underworld sets the stage for a massive con that will shock every criminal in the city fights for the biggest piece of turf. With all of the local crime bosses now behind bars, every two-bit crook in town wants a piece of the action. But as Mr. Million preps his loyal followers for battle, Rick rounds up the townies for an explosive street war, and a bumbling deaf gang struggles to get organized, the year's biggest horse race approaches. Word on the street is that the race is fixed, but that doesn't stop everyone from the corner hustler to Mr. Million from playing the game. Later, as the horses sprint to the finish line, the biggest con of all begins to unfold behind the scenes.
