Upon discovering that she is no longer capable of mustering the energy needed to experience any kind of genuine emotion, ageing and apathetic data processor Grace embraces her inner emptiness and begins the transformation into Coma Girl - a superhero with the power to feel absolutely nothing. Whether is be a minor inconvenience or a major catastrophe, Grace greets every problem she encounters with the exact same air of unflappable emptiness. When Grace discovers that she will soon have to strike out on her own, a forced stint in stand-up comedy and a particularly intense round of apartment hunting provide her with answers to the questions she's always been too fearful to ask.
