Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
A young woman named Colette (Keira Knightley) finds success as a novelist in turn-of-the-century Paris, only to have her philandering husband (Dominic West) steal credit by claiming the work as his own. In time, Colette realizes she must fight for her artistic recognition and sexual freedom. Fiona Shaw, Denise Gough, Eleanor Tomlinson, and Aiysha Hart co-star in this historical drama based on true events. Directed by Wash Westmoreland.
