Synopsis by Phil Griffin
This documentary traces how four London college friends, Chris Martin, Will Champion, Guy Berryman and Jonny Buckland, became Coldplay, one of the most successful rock bands in the world. Director Mat Whitecross, who's known the band since their first bedroom rehearsal, combines archive footage he's been recording for 20 years with behind-the-scenes moments from Coldplay's A Head Full Of Dreams Tour to reveal the band's highs and lows over the course of their career. Featuring appearances by producer Brian Eno and Coldplay's "fifth member" Phil Harvey.
