Close Your Eyes and Hold Me is an atmospheric and sexual drama centering on a transvestite called Hanabusa (Kumiko Takeda). After an engaged man named Amane (Kazuya Takahashi) hits her with his car, he tracks down Hanabusa and, despite her actually being a man, they begin a passionate love affair. When Amane leaves his fiancée, she becomes angry and visits Hanabusa. Her anger turns to desire, and before long, an intense love triangle has developed that may very well end in death.
