Synopsis by Tom Ciampoli
A kidnapped single mother is forced into more than a decade of seclusion in this crime drama based on a true story, from director Alex Kalymnios. Taryn Manning (Orange is the New Black, 8 Mile) portrays Michelle Knight, who is taken hostage by Ariel Castro and kept in a shelter of his making. While being held captive, Michelle is tortured by Castro, and befriends two of the villain's other victims, Amanda Berry (Samantha Droke) and Gina DeJesus (Katie Sarife), as each prisoner dreams of one day escaping.
