Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
This humorous film chronicles the attempts of an underground newspaper to keep publishing. The film is narrated by the paper's publisher/editor Tom, who also reenacts his stories. His comic strip "City News" was inspired by the woman he met in a Greenwich Village bar.
