A struggling writer and his younger sister attempt to make sense of their brother's mysterious death in this sexually surreal mystery from I Spit on Your Corpse, I Piss on Your Grave director Eric Stanze and director Robin Garrels. When Dave (D.J. Vivona) gets a surprise visit from his dead brother Trent (Jason Allen Wolfe), the shock of seeing his deceased brother standing at his door is compounded by the strange gift from the otherworldly visitor -- a DVD in which Trent's former girlfriend Beth (Eli DeGeer) reveals the details of her deceased boyfriend's grim final days. Soon learning that Trent had fallen under the hypnotic influence of charismatic drug-dealer Tracey, who forced him and Beth to become drug couriers and partake in a variety of sordid sexual games, Dave and his sister Karla (Rachel Lewis) are heartbroken. Though Trent and Beth had planned to escape from Tracey's deviant web of deceit and debauchery, the manipulative pusher still had one final scheme up her sleeve that would spell certain death for the young lovers.
