Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

Renowned pianist Chick Corea is no stranger to the smooth sounds of vibraphone master Gary Burton, and when these two old friends took the stage of the Montreux Festival together in 1997 to celebrate the release of their joint effort Native Sense, the resulting concert proved a performance that fans of both artists would cherish for years to come. Though the set-list, which includes such songs as "Love Castle", "No Mystery", and "Rhumbata", is taken almost exclusively from the pair's Native Sense, a rousing rendition of Corea's classic "La Fiesta" brings the warm reunion to a fittingly rousing finale.
