Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Yet another low-budget but tightly-made silent Western thriller starring Tom Tyler, this film featured the tall, dark, and handsome Tyler in the title role, a young rancher falsely accused of killing his late father's enemy, Flynne (James Van Horn). The Flynne estate has been bequeathed jointly to Rolfe McPherson (Jerry Pembroke) and Helen Flynne (Sharon Lynn), the dead man's foreman and daughter, respectively. The latter, although she loves the Cherokee Kid, is willing to marry McPherson for the sake of the ranch. Jealous of McPherson's interest in Helen, Rose (Carol Holloway) identifies the foreman as the real murderer. His cover blown, McPherson grabs Helen and heads for the border with the Kid in hot pursuit. The popular Tyler Westerns were produced by Joseph P. Kennedy, the father of the future president.
