Angered over the likelihood that her Whitelighter lover, Leo (Brian Krause), will not be allowed to marry her, "Charmed One" Piper (Holly Marie Combs) goes on strike, refusing to use her supernatural powers under any circumstances. Piper's recalcitrance could not come at a worse time: her sisters, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Prue (Shannen Doherty), currently have their hands full trying to help a little girl named Kate (Rachel David), who has been targeted for persecution by trolls who have taken over the kingdom of a fairy princess in Kate's care. And as if that wasn't enough trouble, the demi-demon Cole (Julian McMahon) is planning to steal the sisters' all-important "Book of Shadows."
