A demon brings several villainous characters from a variety of cheapo-sleazo horror films to life, thereby wreaking havoc in the "real world." This process, however, also bestows life upon Billy (Chris Payne Gilbert), the hero of Phoebe's (Alyssa Milano) favorite old black-and-white movie thriller, "Kill It Before It Dies." Thrilled at the prospect of fighting crime in a world of living color, Billy joins the Halliwell girls in their efforts to prevent a pair of movie-bred slashers from killing them.
