Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) dons some revealing harem duds when she is forced to take the place of a genie that she has released from a bottle. Whitelighter Chris (Drew Fuller), knowing full well that he'll never be born unless he reunites his future parents, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Leo (Brian Krause), asks the genie-fied Phoebe to help him in this endeavor -- but things don't work out entirely as planned. Meanwhile, Paige (Rose McGowan) begs Richard (Balthazar Getty) to purge himself of his obsession with his inborn magic.
