In Challenge of the Seas, Vol. 13: A Tribe in the Sea, Pt. 2, many species of sea animals are featured, including the dolphin. In viewing the programs, students will gain an awareness of the critical issues involving the environment of the oceans, and the dangers faced by a large number of its inhabitants. Whether they succumb to the high levels of pesticides and other hazardous materials in the waters, or become entangled in drift nets and fishing lines of commercial fishing boats, many sea creatures face a perilous future.
