Casablan (Nikos Kourkoulos) is a former soldier who can't believe the war is over, and he has nothing left to fight for after the Jews have established statehood in Israel. The hot-headed Casablan is accused of murder and put on trial. With most of the people believing he is guilty, he hires the gifted attorney Yosh (Demetris Ballas), his former army commander. Yosh wins the case for Casablan but also wins the heart of the defendant's sweetheart Rachel (Maria Xenia). The picture deals with the problems of the Jews who are united in Israel but are still divided by social and economic barriers.
