This release combines the most powerful aspects of both strength and cardio training to provide a simple but highly effective workout. Designed for the beginner to intermediate, the routine consists of a five-minute work out, followed by a full 40 minutes of cardio and strength training intervals, and rounding off with core pilates work for ten minutes.
