Director Paul Delmer traveled for sixteen weeks through the Soviet Union and filmed this informative, 85-minute documentary about the former USSR's scenic, cultural, and urban attractions. Aside from an overview of industrialized cities like Minsk, featuring a visit to a tractor assembly plant, Delmer includes footage of Paul Robeson singing at a youth camp.
