Co-directed by Tom Hurwitz and Rosalynde LeBlanc, this ninety-minute documentary about the composition and choreographing of “"D-Man in the Waters"” by world famous dance choreographer Bill T. Jones aims to not only reenact the dance, but to lift a lid on the AIDS epidemic at the time which inspired this work of art. Composed in 1989 in a time of great fear and loss, comparisons can be drawn to a modern day pandemic that has rocked the world in its severity. Music by Thomas Rutishauser.
