A low-budget horror director finds himself at the mercy of a psychotic fan who seeks to transcend the genre by killing on camera. Nick Cole is an independent horror auteur with a shady past, and Laney is his number one fan. She's a budding filmmaker, too, but there's one big difference - when the people in Laney's movies die, they never come back. And lately she's been targeting some pretty specific people from Nick's past. When Laney abducts Nick and forces him to view her latest masterpiece, the terrified filmmaker realizes this is one bloodbath he may not walk away from.
