Synopsis by Janiss Garza

The three Key sisters are fighting over ownership of a hotel willed to them by an uncle. The will is held by money-hungry lawyer Littleton Snaggs (William Burress), who has just jilted widow Matilda Jenkins because she has lost her income. He wants to get his own hands on the hotel, and plans to do so through the homeliest Key sister, tomboy Teddy (June Keith). He claims that the uncle said that the hotel would go to the ugliest Key girl -and this is to be judged by the first traveling salesman who comes by the hotel. Teddy's sweetheart, Grimes (John Slavin), believes something is amiss and suggests that the girls get their hands on the will. The other two sisters work on doing just that, while Teddy masquerades as a salesman and checks into the hotel. Snaggs tries to work a deal with the disguised Teddy, while the other girls hire anarchists to blow up the safe containing the will. The sisters finally obtain the document which notes that the girls can divide the property between them if they so desire. This slapstick comedy was based on the play by Charles Hoyt.
