While Nene mopes around AD Police headquarters, Priss and Linna have found the underground lab. While Sylia busies herself making preparations, Mackey tries in vain to find her because he needs to tell her something: his body is feeling strange, like something is calling out to him. Despite her promises to Priss and Linna, Sylia gathers the equipment she needs from Dr. Shan and heads to the lab on her own. When Brian J. Mason learns of her movements he sends his own men and armored Boomers into the area, blasting through the walls of the underground highway. At AD Police, Nene receives word of the incident -- but the top brass are keeping the AD Police out of it. Putting two and two together, she alerts the Knight Sabers. Elsewhere, Mackey dodges Genom's men to enter the underground tunnels. All of the players arrive just in time for Sylia to expose a giant organic mass, which she tries to destroy using Dr. Shan's microwave cannon. The ploy fails, and Mackey begins to glow, drawn to the mass. The Boomers go out of control, the Knight Sabers' systems shut down, and Mackey slumps lifeless to the ground as Mason greets the young girl who emerges from the mass -- and she looks exactly like Sylia.
