Synopsis by Robert Firsching

Kostas Assimakopoulos wrote and directed this Greek anthology telling three separate stories dealing with the resistance movement of the Cypriots against the colonial British. The first deals with young people who battle against the invaders, only to be imprisoned and finally killed in the name of the struggle. The second has a beautiful nun (Maro Kondou) bringing a message to a young fighter who falls in love with her, then disappearing before they can be together. In the final story, a female member of EOKA (the Cypriot liberation movement) is mistaken for a British collaborator, but proven to be a nationalist after Cyprus is freed. Petros Fyssoun leads a cast including Andreas Barkoulis, Miranda Myrat, and Spyros Fokas.
