Veterinarians, owners, trainers, and breeders share helpful information about each dog's temperament and habits so that current and future owners can take better care of these animals. Everyday family pets and more exotic breeds are featured. This episode is about the boxer that's related to both the terrier and the bulldog. Viewers will learn that boxers are especially talented watchdogs and are often used for police and military work. Though their ancestors behaved rather fiercely at times, today's breeds are much more amiable and easily trained to do tricks or just provide companionship. Boxers are also used for search and rescue missions.
