While Cory (Ben Savage) works at home as a low-paid telemarketer, wife Topanga (Danielle Fishel) lands a much more presitigious job as assistant editor at a fashion magazine. This leads to a considerable amount of friction between Topanga and Cory, who complains that by becoming the primary breadwinner, Topanga has "killed" his spirit! Meanwhile, a "lucky" penny proves to be anything but lucky when Eric (Will Friedle) gives the coin away.
