Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
Having just graduated from journalism school, Michael is a young man "on the make," and he is determined to rise to quick prominence in Sofia without ever having to endure a long apprenticeship and exile in the provinces. His weapons in this endeavor are his charm and his good looks, which he uses practically without scruple. By the end of the film, all his friends have turned their backs on him for his two-timing ways, and he is anticipating his long-delayed move into the countryside for seasoning.
