Synopsis by Emru Townsend
While watching "Assault on Everest" on TV, Margaret wonders aloud why anyone would do something like that. Bob explains that it's the spirit of adventure, and that he fancies himself a bit of an adventurer himself. When a conversation with Heather reminds him that he is anything but, he changes his lunchtime routine and ends up on the rooftop of a nearby building. While taking in the view, he happens across Howard, an accountant who is threatening to throw himself off the roof. Bob inadvertently saves his life, and due to a shortage of beds at the hospitals and psych wards, the police psychologist leaves Howard to stay at Bob and Margaret's, just for the night. Bob begins to bond with the ever-accommodating Howard, whose stay ends up lasting a bit longer -- and Margaret becomes suspicious about his motives.
