Synopsis by Nathan Southern

The gay-themed romantic drama Blueprint observes the unlikely courtship that burgeons between two polar opposites: Nathan, a street-hip, marijuana-smoking freewheeler from Brooklyn, and Keith, a conservative Midwestern boy newly arrived in Manhattan. These two college students meet at random in a coffee shop in Harlem, and what begins acerbically, as a heated argument about hip-hop music, soon yields to deep-seated amorous feelings that blossom between the young men. They embark on an unforgettable first date to the countryside and proceed to "loosen up" via pot-smoking and skinny-dipping, but through it all, Keith and Nathan start to develop an enduring level of mutual respect and appreciation for one another that will form the basis of an unforgettable relationship. Kirk Shannon-Butts directs.
