Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A timid student finds the lines between reality and fantasy fading after becoming obsessed with the powerful, Thor-like villain in his favorite book in director Matt Irvine's bloody tale of revenge and disillusionment. When life gets too hard, it's easy to retreat into a book. Though most readers can recognize the difference between fiction and reality, the unexpected appearance of the book's violent antagonist, followed by the death of the unstable student's enemies, leads some to suspect that the student's disturbing disconnect with reality has taken a deadly turn.
