Synopsis by Jonathan Crow

Cashing in on the mini-boom of grisly Category III crime thrillers following the success of Dr. Lamb, Andy Tam Tak-shing and Yeung Kuen spin this gruesome look at the mind of a serial killer. The film opens with Mainland homicidal madman Chen Siu-hsiong (Lawrence Ng) confessing his crimes to the police. Rewind to his tormented childhood where he endured the death of his mother and abuse from his thuggish father. One day, the lad found himself turned on at the sight of a woman nursing her baby. Sensing his arousal, the woman seduced and then smacked the boy, wounding his already delicate psyche. As an adult, Chen snaps when again he sees a woman nursing her child in public, murdering and raping her. Chen then goes on a killing and raping spree of similarly lactating victims.
