A journalist visiting the set of a hardcore porn film is confronted by a terrifying chapter from her past in this gruesome horror yarn featuring special effects by Sergio Stivaletti and music by Claudio Simonetti (Goblin). Upon realizing that the film set was the scene of her twin sister's murder at the hands of a sadistic psychopath known as "The Surgeon" 15 years prior, the reporter probes the possibility that a copycat killer may be at work. Meanwhile, the madman's former victims appear to be returning from the grave in search of bloody retribution.
