In Arizona, a serial killer is victimizing women and remains elusive to the police. However, Detective Valentine (James Craven) and Detective Stokes (Dallas Thomas) leave no stone unturned in trying to find the perpetrator. What they don’t know, though, is that the killer is a paranormal vampiric female who is also being hunted down by an ancient group to prevent her from unleashing a global terror of epic proportions.
