Now a fugitive from the Federation himself, Travis (Brian Croucher) attempts to draw his old enemy, Blake (Gareth Thomas), out of hiding by holding Blake's cousin, Inga (Judy Buxton), hostage. Obliged to meet his longtime adversary on the planet Exbar, Blake is surprised when Travis insists that he wants to join forces with the Liberator crew.
