Biography: Peter Frampton is a 50-minute A&E biographical portrait of guitar legend Peter Frampton. The program chronicles Frampton's role as a London music prodigy in the 1960s and his success as the "#1 rock act in the world" in the 1970s. His personal tragedies -- the serious accident that nearly claimed his life, poor business management, and the loss of his recording contract -- and the 1987 tour with David Bowie are featured. Highlights include never-before-seen footage from Frampton's childhood, performance clips, and interviews with Bill Wyman and David Bowie.
