Low-budget genre specialist David DeCoteau takes the helm for this retro-minded tale of revenge concerning a brother's attempt to claim an eye for an eye following the brutal murder of his sister - a beautiful artist. Rachel was a talented young artist living an idyllic life at her secluded, lakefront house. Then, one day, a group of sadistic killers showed up on her doorstep to take her life in the most horrific way imaginable. When Rachel's brother Travis found out about the crime, he was devastated.
