How do teenagers caught up in the throes of mid-adolescence contend with unrequited affections and the confusion and emotional conflicts wrought by the death of a loved one? Such are the questions at the heart of this youth-oriented melodrama from horror vet Oxide Pang. Asian pop-culture idols Elanne Kong, Rex Ho and Janice Man star, respectively, as Ling, Rex and June. Best friends for years, the trio find comfort and solace in one another, as well as romantic interest. Unfortunately, those desires go at least partially unrequited; June harbors a crush on Rex, and Rex harbors a crush on Ling, and the odd number of the trio prevents them from straightening out these incongruities. Meanwhile, a graver crisis surfaces: Ling receives the diagnosis that she is dying of leukemia.
