Synopsis by Hal Erickson
This first film effort by writer/director Tosuke Sato has nothing to do with fruit or firearms; instead, it is a variation on themes most commonly explored in fantasy films. Cramming for their college entry exams, three high-school students make the acquaintance of an elderly sprite (Tatsuya Irie). He informs the trio that all the knowledge in the world means nothing if one is unable to dream. Only in dreams can one escape the pressures of modern life. Yes, he's right; will the studious threesome subscribe to his philosophy?
