Back to Stax: Memphis Soul is a concert film featuring a handful of the artists that made the Stax label one of the most important music businesses of the sixties and seventies. There are close to two-dozen songs performed by such legendary figures as Sam Moore, Eddie Floyd, The Memphis Horns, and Booker T. & the M.G.'s. Among the many songs performed are "Hold On I'm Coming," "Knock on Wood," "Green Onions," and "Time Is Tight."
