This feature length anime tells the story of a distant future, where humanity is a dying breed and people have lost their ability to dream. Set against this backdrop, a girl named Hiyoko flees her oppressive home life to join the underground society called The Asylum. The tent city set up in the remains of a stadium provides refuge for dreamers, youth, and those still gifted with vision - but with the police plotting to destroy it, it might be time for The Asylum to stake its claim on the future of society.
