Written and directed by Edward Drake, this action thriller is set in a suburban Georgia town where a washed-up sheriff named Ben Watts (Bruce Willis) has been working for a long time, primarily guarding the secrets of his predominantly affluent constituents. However, their seemingly quiet life is disrupted one day when outlaws take a prominent doctor hostage in his home in exchange for some demands. The town mayor pressures the sheriff to put an end to the crisis before the FBI gets wind of it. Watts becomes suspicious as there seems to be more than meets the eye regarding the situation.
