Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Kevin Booth's documentary American Drug War 2: Cannabis Destiny examines the problems with America's drug laws by introducing viewers to Cash Hyde, a child in need of cannabis oil in order to relieve a brain tumor. He is constantly denied the needed medication. The director also examines how drugs are given to foster kids when he enters the process of fostering a needy child.
