Synopsis
Mariska Hargitay narrates this examination of efforts to rebuild on Ground Zero, create a memorial and salvage the PATH train center that was located beneath the site. Included: the challenges of leasing office space in the redesigned World Trade Center 7; the planned WTC memorial, plans for which included having it underground, and the controversy that followed; and a visit to the site as seen through the eyes of two Kansas high-school students.
