Despite the title, Nurse Nanako is actually a clumsy maid -- though "sex-slave" would be a more appropriate title -- employed by the brilliant, but unhinged, Dr. Kyoji Ogami. When he isn't busy sexually and physically abusing poor Nanako, he's making plans to create a cybernetic combat robot he hopes will be the catalyst in his goal of world domination. The only major snafu is that he plans on using Nanako's brain. That would be no problem were it not for the pesky U.S. military's efforts at keeping his goal unrealized.
