Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Andromeda serves as the site for treaty negotiations between the New Commonwealth and the Castalians, a race of anti-Nietzcheans water breathers. When Castalian president Lee (Allan Morgan) dies under mysterious circumstances, suspicion falls upon Tyr (Keith Hamilton Cobb), who had previously confronted Lee with accusations of wartime atrocities. Thanks to the zealous Colonel Yau (Mikela J. Mikau), who idolized Lee, it looks as if Tyr will not be the only one to face harsh punishment for the killing. "All Great Neptune's Ocean" first aired on January 15, 2001.
