Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Written by Andrea Newman, the four-part British miniseries Alexa starred Isla Blair in the title role. Invited to spend the summer in the home of her best friend, female journalist Alexa found herself inexorably drawn into a romance with her friend's husband. Also seen were Joanna David and Christopher Blake. Alexa was originally telecast in 1982 as part of the BBC's off-and-on Love Story dramatic anthology.
