A thirteen-year-old with raging hormones and a dysfunctional family falls for a distant relative in this coming of age comedy from director Boaz Davidson. When he's not running from his overbearing mother and avoiding his henpecked father, thirteen-year-old Alex spends most of his time fawning over comely classmate Mimi. His teenage love fantasies soon interrupted by the arrival beautiful Polish relative Lola, Alex finds that love is best kept in the family when Lola is more receptive to his awkward advances than he anticipated.
