Yoga expert and certified personal trainer Alanna Zabel hosts the fitness release Alanna Zabel: Yoga Total Body Makeover. The program uses the energies inherent in flowing yoga to transform the participant's entire body, with a series of routines focused on specific body parts and muscle groups. The regimen in question begins with a basic warm-up and lower body exercises to tighten thighs, hips and buns; it then moves into an arm sculpting and upper body routine, segues into a core section to help the participant firm and trim his or her abdominals, and then wraps with a total body stretch.
